Aptive has supported VA through dozens of contracts for the last decade and has established a trusted partnership with the agency. Aptive currently partners with VA through interoperability work, helping improve customer service, supporting mission critical programs and implementing emerging technologies. “Enhancing Veteran satisfaction and ensuring Veterans are privy to the benefits readily available through VA is our core measure of success,” said Lauren Sherry, Aptive’s Chief Strategy Officer. “As the needs and demographics of Veterans change over time, collaborating with VA to understand and deliver on business needs supported by IT functionality becomes increasingly critical to delivering on the mission.”
