As Chief Strategy Officer, Lauren is responsible for setting the overall strategic growth path of Aptive as well as supporting the technology advancements that support this growth. Lauren is matrixed at an enterprise level in support of all major corporate initiatives.
Lauren is an established, results-driven strategist adept at enhancing an organization’s position in highly competitive markets. She has more than 18 years’ experience delivering services to the Federal Government including the last 12 years focused on creating business and user-centric solutions that directly support the missions of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Health and Human Services and Defense Health Agency. Additionally, Lauren offers a deep experience building organizational capabilities in highly transformative technologies and approaches including AI/ML, Cloud Computing, SaaS, DevSecOps, and health care interoperability. Lauren combines a customer first mentality with a strong collaborative approach which fosters the positive culture that is crucial to long term success and building high performing teams.
Major initiatives Lauren has led in both business development initiatives and execution include VA Enterprise Mobility Management; VA Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment Case Management System; VA Veteran Oriented Interactive Customer Evaluation; DHS CDM CMaaS; VA Medical Appointment Scheduling System; VA VistA Evolution PMO; Air Force SOA; VA Intake, Conversion and Mail Handling Services; FDA Center for Device and Radiological Health Submission Tracking and Report; and CMS Encounter Data Processing Systems.
This breadth of experience servicing federal health care across critical, enterprise-level initiatives provides Lauren with an invaluable understanding of each organization’s mission as she supports federal health agencies through her position as the Aptive Chief Strategy Officer.
