This contract is to provide Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Management services in support of the MISSION Act PMO, and potentially up to four other major initiatives. This work includes creation and maintenance of a stakeholder engagement plan for each initiative, meeting and support services, publication and maintenance of a communications strategy, as well as associated communications support and communications graphic design activities.
