Aptive Named a 2024 Washington Post Top Workplace

Posted on 07.11.24

The Washington Post named Aptive a Top Workplace for the fourth consecutive year. This recognition is based on employee feedback collected through an anonymous third-party survey that assesses workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection. This year’s honorees include government contractors, real estate firms, consulting groups and tech companies.

“For more than a decade, The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces list has served as an essential resource for D.C.-area professionals, equipping them with unparalleled insight into the best local companies to work for, as heard directly from their employees,” said Bronwen Latimer, the editor for Special Initiatives at the Washington Post. “This year we have highlighted 250 companies — more than ever before — giving a more robust picture of the current employee experience in the area.”

“It is an honor to be named a Top Workplace again this year,” said Rachele Cooper, Aptive’s chief executive officer. “This recognition is a direct reflection of our talented team, which continues to be the driving force behind Aptive’s success. We prioritize investing in our people and empowering them to serve our federal clients better, among other things. It’s a win-win for all involved.”
