Aptive Receives 2025 HIRE Vets Gold Medallion Award
This Department of Labor honor underscores Aptive’s continued commitment to hiring Veterans.
Aptive, a trusted partner to federal agencies nationwide, has been awarded the Gold HIRE Vets Medallion Award from the U.S. Department of Labor. The Medallion Award program is the only federal award program that recognizes employers with a strong record of recruiting, hiring and retaining Veterans.
The award highlights Aptive’s commitment not only to bringing Veterans into its workforce, but also to providing meaningful long-term career paths that leverage the diverse skills and experience they gained through military service.
“We are honored to receive the Gold Medallion Award and to be recognized for our continued efforts to support veterans throughout their careers,” said Rachele Cooper, Aptive’s Chief Executive Officer. “Veterans bring invaluable leadership, expertise and mission focus to our work, and we remain committed to investing in their success.”
Recipients of the 2025 HIRE Vets Medallion Award meet rigorous employment and Veteran integration criteria, including Veteran hiring and retention percentages; access to Veteran-specific resources; leadership development opportunities; dedicated human resources support; and competitive compensation and benefits programs. Since 2019, more than 1,600 employers have earned a HIRE Vets Medallion Award.
