Aptive Announces Winner of Innovation Competition
Aptive Resources today announced the winner of its employee Innovation Challenge that will make it quicker and easier to track, access and synthesize key data about the company’s previous and ongoing work.
The winning concept, Project Central Database, will generate a comprehensive overview of the company’s overall impact and audiences served by providing quantitative insights and evaluating projects by key criteria, such as project equity, capabilities and outcomes.
Aptive employees voted for the winning innovation from among six competition finalists. The competition challenged staff from Aptive and its joint venture partner, Artemis ARC, to develop innovative solutions to company, client or community challenges and included a $5,000 award for the winning concept.
“We know Aptive and Artemis are teeming with innovative thinkers, and we wanted to create a fun and interesting way for staff to bring their ideas forward,” said Aptive’s Chief Strategy Officer Ben Barker. “The company’s leadership has been truly impressed with all of the great ideas that emerged from this competition.”
The winning team, the “Visionary Virtuosos,” included four Aptive innovators: Imani Pope-Johns, senior manager; Diana Do and Niema Eaves, senior associates; and Tatyana Padro Miguel, associate.
“We want this innovation to help colleagues at Aptive quickly find information they need for proposals. The database will help them better understand all the audiences we serve and how we’re using our capabilities for those audiences as well as the ones we hope to have in the future.”
