Aptive Announces Marisa Cole as Strategic Engagement Director

Aptive is pleased to announce the addition of Strategic Engagement Director, Marisa Cole. Ms. Cole leads a team of creative thinkers and communicators, oversees the project delivery of various contracts with strategic engagement initiatives, drives service offering maturation and conducts other business development activities for the team’s growing portfolio of federal civilian agencies.

Ms. Cole brings 20 years of experience in managing strategic communication efforts and directing change management for large scale enterprise-wide initiatives. Her prior roles focused on advising and coaching executive and mid-level leaders on communications and change management skills and techniques; creating innovative approaches to reach diverse, geographically-dispersed populations; and providing trusted guidance on communication, branding and marketing of organizational initiatives, policies and services.

She is a skilled writer and facilitator with a history of mobilizing change within federal and health care environments. Ms. Cole is highly experienced in implementing and deploying tactics, strategies and assets across organizations and stakeholders to turn large, integrated health care systems into high reliability organizations.
