Aptive is pleased to announce the addition of Strategic Engagement Director, Marisa Cole. Ms. Cole leads a team of creative thinkers and communicators, oversees the project delivery of various contracts with strategic engagement initiatives, drives service offering maturation and conducts other business development activities for the team’s growing portfolio of federal civilian agencies.
“Aptive welcomed me with open arms, and I am very excited for what’s to come as I get acclimated in my new role,” she said. “I look forward to using my experience to help cultivate trusting relationships and expand our reach across the industry.”
Ms. Cole brings 20 years of experience in managing strategic communication efforts and directing change management for large scale enterprise-wide initiatives. Her prior roles focused on advising and coaching executive and mid-level leaders on communications and change management skills and techniques; creating innovative approaches to reach diverse, geographically-dispersed populations; and providing trusted guidance on communication, branding and marketing of organizational initiatives, policies and services.
She is a skilled writer and facilitator with a history of mobilizing change within federal and health care environments. Ms. Cole is highly experienced in implementing and deploying tactics, strategies and assets across organizations and stakeholders to turn large, integrated health care systems into high reliability organizations.
“Marisa’s ability to create trust with clients, connect with users and understand her colleagues gives a glimpse into her character as a leader,” said Max Entman, Aptive’s vice president of strategic engagement. “She will be a key player as we continue to expand and evolve our capabilities and her background will help us reach new heights in delivering value to our clients.”
