Aptive Announces Addition of New Director Jeremy James

Aptive welcomes its new mission support director within strategic engagement, Jeremy James. Mr. James is a trusted advisor and collaborative executive with a successful track record spanning more than 24 years in the federal contracting industry. At Aptive, he leads a team of strategic engagement professionals whose focus is to drive innovation while effectively managing client goals and satisfaction.

Mr. James has overseen multiple major strategic capture efforts while streamlining and optimizing internal processes to maximize growth and profitability. After spending his early career at GDIT and Raytheon, he successfully founded, scaled, and sold a government consulting firm. Prior to joining Aptive, Jeremy was a Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and a successful entrepreneur. Utilizing his wide range of experience, which also includes corporate development, P&L oversight, and transforming operations, Jeremy will lead Aptive’s Mission Support Team within the Strategic Engagement line of business toward personal and professional growth and development.
