Jeremy James is a trusted advisor and collaborative executive with a successful track record spanning more than 24 years focused on the federal contracting industry. Jeremy’s well-rounded career includes a balance of managing strategy, operations, external customers, and internal service organizations. At Aptive, he leads a team of strategic engagement professionals whose focus is to drive innovation while effectively managing client goals and satisfaction. Jeremy’s experience leading multiple service centers, aggressively increasing revenue growth, overseeing client delivery, and creating robust multi-million-dollar pipelines will support Aptive’s growth and long-term goals.
Jeremy has overseen multiple major strategic capture efforts while streamlining and optimizing internal processes to maximize growth and profitability. He brings deep federal technology landscape and management consulting experience working with several agencies in the Intelligence Community, various Defense Departments and Federal Agencies among others. After spending his early career at GDIT and Raytheon, he successfully founded, scaled, and sold a government consulting firm. Prior to joining Aptive, Jeremy was a Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and a successful entrepreneur. Utilizing his wide range of experience, which also includes corporate development, P&L oversight, and transforming operations, Jeremy will lead Aptive’s Mission Support Team toward personal and professional growth and development.
