National Veterans Small Business Engagement (NVSBE)

Arrow ARC, Aptive’s joint venture, planned and executed VA’s National Veterans Small Business Engagement event in just over three months — well below the 12–18 month industry norm.

The team handled registration, logistics, sponsorships, VIPs, outreach, staffing and more. The 2023 event drew 2,108 attendees, 27 sponsors and 116 exhibitors. Over 3,700 one-on-one meetings were scheduled across 26 concurrent sessions and 200+ networking meetings.

Cybercorps® Scholarship for Service Job Fair

Connecting talent to federal cyber careers, fast.

The CyberCorps® Scholarship for Service (SFS) Job Fair is an annual event hosted by NSF in partnership with DHS and OPM, connecting cybersecurity students with internships and careers across federal, state, local and tribal agencies to help protect the nation’s critical infrastructure.

Aptive planned the 2023 SFS Job Fair in just four months. The event brought together 700 students, 200 faculty and over 500 agency reps from 77 exhibitors.

The 2024 event hosted 1,470 attendees and facilitated over 3,000 private networking messages, generating 1,940 leads across 86 agency booths. Because of its success, OPM extended a multi-year contract.

National Science Foundation

Fueling innovation from coast to coast.

Aptive and partner ICF are supporting the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) expansion of the Convergence Accelerator program through a five-year BPA.

The team is helping identify 10 regional innovation hubs and support nationwide growth — boosting cross-sector collaboration, increasing awareness of program opportunities and helping NSF move ideas from prototype to real-world solutions.

VHA iEX

Celebrating bold ideas in Veteran care.

VA’s Office of Healthcare Innovation and Learning hosts iEX to spotlight groundbreaking advances in Veteran health care. Aptive supported this multi-day event, which brought together VA leaders, frontline staff, Veterans and private sector innovators.

In 2023, iEX welcomed over 500 participants and earned top reviews for helping VA teams share ideas, connect across programs and inspire real-world innovation.
