The U.S. Office of Personnel Management has issued a five-year $97M Blanket Purchase Agreement to Aptive to provide marketing, branding and digital services to help attract and build a high-quality public-sector workforce across the federal government. The work includes campaign strategy, digital advertising, web, mobile and video development, social media management, event planning and advanced data analytics.
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Human Resource Solutions (HRS) assists federal agencies in achieving their missions by partnering with them to attract and build a high-quality public-sector workforce, optimize performance and transform the agencies into high performing organizations.
“We are excited and honored to partner with OPM on this critical initiative” said Aly Glick, Aptive’s Vice President for Marketing, Advertising and Influence Solutions. “We look forward to bringing fresh perspectives, new ideas and cutting-edge digital services to help OPM identify, recruit and hire the 21st century talent our federal agencies need to achieve their missions.”
Aptive leverages human centered design and a data-centric approach to advance strategic communications and organizational transformation initiatives. Recent work for other federal agencies applies artificial intelligence and machine learning models to streamline and automate elements in the recruiting workflow including resume mining to accelerate candidate identification, sentiment analysis of social media and interview content and natural language processing to eliminate biased language from job descriptions.
