Aptive’s Tammy Czarnecki Named Finalist for WashingtonExec Chief Healthcare Officer Award
Tammy Czarnecki, Executive Vice President for Health Services, has been named a finalist for the WashingtonExec 2026 Chief Officer Awards in the Healthcare Executive of the Year – Private & Public category.
The WashingtonExec Chief Officer Awards recognize senior executives across the government contracting community who demonstrate outstanding leadership, mission impact and business achievement.
Tammy leads health care work across Aptive, overseeing a portfolio that spans VA electronic health record modernization, behavioral health program evaluation, cancer surveillance, community care access, workforce staffing and clinical informatics. In 2025, she expanded Aptive’s clinical footprint into new agencies and helped secure a position on the VA Integrated Healthcare Technology 2.0 IDIQ contract, one of the most competitive vehicles in the federal health space.
