Aptive Wins Gold and Silver Brandon Hall Group™ Awards for Learning and Development Initiatives

Posted on 08.28.24

Aptive won two coveted Brandon Hall Group™ awards for excellence, including a Gold in the Best Learning Technology Implementation category and a Silver in the Best Custom Content category. The 2024 Brandon Hall Group™ Human Capital Management (HCM) Excellence Awards® recognize best practices for initiatives in learning and development; talent management; leadership development; talent acquisition; human resources; sales performance; diversity, equity and inclusion and the future of work.

Aptive took home the Gold award in partnership with LearnUpon for implementing a learning management system called Aptive Academy. Focusing on the key pillars of collaboration, communication and customization, Aptive’s Learning and Development team designed and delivered a tailored, user-friendly learning management system (LMS) under a condensed implementation timeline of four months. Aptive Academy, which is built on LearnUpon’s LMS platform, launched successfully in January 2024 and continues to deliver a customized and learner-centered experience for Aptive employees. Aptive also won a Silver award for its customized compliance course, “Ethics and Standards of Conduct in Government Contracting.” The course was Aptive’s first customized eLearning program, designed to empower learners to navigate real-world ethics and conduct scenarios in government contracting, ensuring the company remains compliant and protected.

I am honored to receive these awards for initiatives created by our small but mighty team. At Aptive we don’t just talk about building a learning culture, we invest in the systems, programs and people to support that vision. Leading an award-winning learning and development team has been a long-time goal, and it’s truly fulfilling to see our hard work recognized by Brandon Hall Group™,” said Jennifer Farrell, Aptive’s Director of Learning and Development.
