Aptive Welcomes Strategic Design Leader Tine Reese

Aptive welcomes Director of Customer Experience and User Experience (CX/UX) Tine Reese to its leadership team. Ms. Reese leads Aptive’s CX/UX strategy development using her more than 20 years of experience in design, research and technology to drive innovation and optimize service delivery to help federal agencies deliver effective services to the communities they serve.
Ms. Reese is a mission-driven leader who has supported efforts with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as numerous private-sector organizations. Most recently she worked as a managing principal researcher and strategist at Ad Hoc, leading a portfolio research team for VA’s Veteran Experience Services.
Ms. Reese is dedicated to professional development and regularly facilitates workshops and training, sharing her expertise in user experience research, product and service design and strategic consulting.
