Neal Levene Joins Aptive as Director of Bid and Proposals

Aptive is pleased to announce the addition of Neal Levene as director of bid and proposals. Mr. Levene is responsible for engaging capture teams to define customer requirements and develop proposal responses that meet execution strategy, schedule and price.

He has over 30 years of experience building project teams, satisfying customers and winning new business. Throughout his career, he has delivered proposals to every cabinet level agency in the Federal government and several large Fortune 100 commercial customers.

Mr. Levene has led company-wide proposal planning and development functions to support continued growth and expansion of current business and supervised proposal development staff and activities. He has had responsibility for the planning, scheduling and management aspects of competitive proposals, RFI responses and other capture submissions including inputs on strategy development, technical solutions and pricing strategy.

Mr. Levene is active in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and currently serves on the Executive Board for the National Capitol Area Chapter.
