Eric Gonzales Joins Aptive as Vice President of Growth and Client Development

Aptive is pleased to announce the addition of Eric Gonzales as Vice President of Growth and Client Development. In his new role, Mr. Gonzales leads a team of high-performing, impact-driven business development professionals-all working toward the mission of supporting the federal government.

Mr. Gonzales is a federal growth leader with over 12 years of wide-ranging experience in health IT, including program management, business development and leading corporate strategic initiatives for companies like ManTech, Leidos and B3 Group. He has a proven track record of increasing revenue through identifying, qualifying and capturing opportunities that drive business expansion and increase brand recognition.

Mr. Gonzales has overseen capture, bid and delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars of work across the federal landscape and continuously leverages and expands his existing network to match company core competencies to customer needs. His expertise includes large-scale capture and proposal development on multi-billion dollar indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts and single award contracts or task orders.

Mr. Gonzales is an active participant in the VA professional services community with a history of building talented, winning capture and proposal teams. He has a deep understanding of needs and objectives in the areas of enterprise IT and emerging technologies. He is also the co-owner/host of the successful Monthly VA T4NG Networking events.
