Mr. Barker is an accomplished industry executive with 16 years of success across the federal government contracting landscape. Throughout his career, Mr. Barker has led and managed initiatives for companies like GovCIO, Leidos and ManTech using his expertise in technical program management, solutions engineering, executive leadership and corporate strategy.
