As the Director of Strategy and Growth, Ms. Ripley contributes to shaping Aptive’s business model and growing human capital services. A leader in human capital management consulting, her expertise includes ensuring client success through oversight and accountability management, developing executive-led and employee-focused strategies, and applying proven approaches to complex workforce challenges in private and public sectors.
In her 20-year career, Ms. Ripley led U.S. cabinet-level government officials in critical organizational evaluations and redesign efforts; managed domestic and global cross-cultural transformations; and communicated large-scale initiatives. A leader during her previous eight-year career with Deloitte, she has proven performance in building and managing high-performing teams to achieve the desired end state.
Ms. Ripley brings deep knowledge and passion for national security, law enforcement, military and Veteran issues. She plays an instrumental role in Aptive’s growth of, and support for, our own military and military spouse service culture. As the former Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Strategy for Hiring Our Heroes, she leverages her knowledge of transitioning Service member, Veteran and military spouse employment issues to shape opportunities for public and private partnerships and lead mission-driven workforce strategy solutions.
A Harvard Leadership and Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies alumnus, Ms. Ripley brings her Master’s work in corporate communications, best-in-class leadership and human capital expertise to Aptive, its clients and partners. She received her Bachelor’s degree in political science and law from Elon University.
